A Very good Morning to you all,

I posted in anticipation that some one may be able to help.

My wife (Russian Citizen) lives and works in St Petersburg. I, the husband am Autistic and since the change in the 1 Year Business Visa (90 days in any 180 days) have just had to spend 3 months away from my family.

Getting a Spouses Residence Permit in a long winded affair.

I was wondering, being Autistic is there any way of more easily and quickly in getting a Spouses Residence Permit as a disabled person as I am reliant on my wife for many things. In the UK I am classed as disabled and am no longer able to work or earn a living.

I am really struggling just to be able to deal with every day situations without my wife and family being around to help.
