Соблюдай дистанцию .... It's the name of a gift on mail.ru, my friend gave it to someone, I thought that the picture was kind of funny, but I dont know what the phrase means.

| I don't see the picture so I can't comment on it. Literal translation: "Keep the distance" or "keep the safe distance". Usually this is advice to a driver to keep safe distance between his car and cars around him. In the metaphorical sence it can be advice to keep distance (not only in matter of length, but in matter of relations, dependencies, etc) from potentially dangerous or unpleasant things, events, people and even from adviser itself. |

Just like I thought. This sign is usually sticked on a back window of a car. I think the key word encrypted in this image is "behind" or "butt". Therefore entrie message is translated to: "Keep the safe distance from the butt of my car".
Of course another people can understand it in different way. 
There are many labels for cars in Russia. I like this one...
"Берегись выброса тормозного парашюта"
"Watch out release of a drag parachute"
...especially when it is sticked on a back of old rusty car.

It looks like these words are names of two rapper groups with their new album "Соблюдай дистанцию".  . There are many various musical collectives with meaningless names, meaningless titles of albums and meaningless songs. I guess this is common situation.
They aren't related to http://www.mchs.gov.ru in any way. |

I miss the driving in Russia/Ukraine. They drive crazy/fast/ insane, but there is less accidents than in my city. 
When Russians immigrate to Canada, they nearly lose their license due to fines within 6 months until they learn to drive like a Canadian which is cautious, courtesy, and stupid.
Anyone look at the new Nissan GT-R? WOW. |

What about death/injury percentage? Maybe there are more accidents but most of them minor?

Russia, IMHO has too many inexperienced drivers who take crazy risks on bad roads, an almost total disregard for pedestrians and a corrupt militia.
Cameras alone won't fix the problem. Education and heavy fines for offenders will make people more responsible. |

It depends on city. I quite often drive in four cities. The bigger city is the lesser regard for pedestrians. Same for milita. Idiotic laws contribute for that not less than behavior of drivers.

Cameras supposed to bring inevitability of punishment. It is useless to invent heavy fines if you unable to catch offenders and those rare persons who are catched usually prefer to bribe policeman. |

In my city, not sure, but when I drive, there is someone in accident without question. In Moscow, I never seen so crazy of drivers, but generally no accidents. I am sure that a Moscow Taxi driver will win the F-1 one day. |

Basicly "соблюдай дистанцию" was wrote at city buses, troleys, trams,
so they should to keep a distance to provide equal loading .
- In russian slang "въебаться" mean to smash up to something.
literally can be translated as "fuck into". What is picture show as . |
