Or perhaps it would be easier for me to order panels of aerogel to stick onto the glass walls?
But then again which company is willing to do this?
The company need not be in Russia... I am willing to pay for the transport cost.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aerogel :

Silica-based aerogels are not known to be carcinogenic or toxic. However, they are a mechanical irritant to the eyes, skin, respiratory tract and digestive system. They also can induce dryness of the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. Therefore, it is recommended that protective gear including gloves and eye goggles be worn whenever handling aerogels.[20]
However, safety depends on the material from which the aerogel is made – it will be carcinogenic or toxic if the solid component has such characteristics.

Also the prices start from $25 per small PIECE of such gel.

I don't know how were you going to build something that dangerous and that expensive in Russia.

I'm affraid but that I did not manage to get to this web site which you sujested. But don't beleive all you read. I was told it was no more toxic then glass, also, that company might sell the smallest piece for 25ˆ but it is much cheaper to produce: BMW offers it as an option in the weels for no extra cost.

How much do you sell aerogell for, per square metter?

Can you make any shape? Perhaps 200 x 150 x 10 cm?

Is the product like a sponge: if slightly too large can it easly be squeezed into a gap?

What materials do you use to make the Aerogell? Are they non-toxic?
