| For a while I've been registering travellers to my Moscow address with no problem to them and no ill consequences to me. Anybody needed registration is welcomed to contact me. Takes a couple of hours - a trip to the post office, standing in line, filling out a two page form in duplicate with no photocopying allowed, making photocopies, posting the stuff, and then mailing your registration slips to the Migration services when you are gone.
