The UK, but if I changed the visa it would be at a foreign consulate as I am travelling before I reach Russia.

After an accident my visa is slightly water damaged around the edge. Everything is still readable but there are a couple of smallish purple marks. Do you think I need a new one?

Cheers Greg, I don't think I did it as you said but they accepted my paperwork, took my money and told me when I could collect my visa! So hopefully that is all sorted now. More praise for the Sydney ...
