| The question isn't about how much money or how far it will stretch, but simply the exchange rate. Is 21.4 roubles for 1 Canadian dollar a decent exchange rate or should I try to do better? |

Can anyone tell me what a decent exchange rate for the Canadian dollar to the Russian rouble is? Keep in mind that the Canadian dollar is currently worth about $.90 American.
