I am interested more to know about racially motivated crimes. As I was informed from the newspapers are few years back, Indian students were stabbed and even killed.

Could anyone share their views/ advice regarding how safe it is for an Indian to travel to Russia as a tourist. I know that having a brown skin, even dressing up like a russian will not help ...
