AES+F Group from Russia

Author: waytorussia (on 04 Feb 2015)

AES+F Group is one of the most interesting Russian collectives who mainly work in the fields of contemporary visual art, video, and installation. Their most known works are the epic multiple screen video installations depicting scenes of indulgence and violence in the style of Hyeronymus Bosch. In their other work they set up a travel agency stand, which had a lot of promotion materials with landmarks all over the world where every image contained a Muslim element, for example the Statue of Liberty wearing a veil.

You can see their exhibitions in contemporary art museums and galleries around the world. In Moscow they are represented by Triumph gallery.
