2. What Information is Gathered / Tracked and How It is Used.
2/1. Anonymous Information.
While you're browsing our site, we collect some basic non-personally identifiable
information. Non-personally identifiable (anonymous) information is the
information that can't be traced to a specific individual.
This information may include such general data as the number of page views
per month, the most popular pages of the site, the average amount of time
spent on the site. Also some technical data is gathered, such as operating
system, browser type, machine data, the URL of the site / search engine
you just came from, your Internet Protocol address.
This information is gathered based on our server's Log file and by the
advanced web site statistics service - Google
Analytics.
2/1/1. How It
is Used. We collect anonymous information on aggregate basis, for
example, we may know how many people visited our site in the last week,
which pages were the most popular, what search engine they came from,
but every person remains anonymous to us, because we don't know his /
her name, e-mail or address.
We use this information solely for our internal researches, to better
understand our visitor's needs and to meet them successfully.
2/2. Personally Identifiable Information.
We can only collect personally identifiable information (such as your
name, e-mail etc.) when you provide this information to us yourself. For
example, when you fill out an online form on our site, send us an e-mail,
leave a message on our message boards, subscribe to our mailing lists
etc.
2/2/1. How It
is Used. We collect the personal information to be able to process
our visitor's service or information requests.
2/2/2. If
you post information to one of our message boards and specify your name
and contacts, this information will be visible to other visitors.
2/2/3. If
you subscribe to one of our mailing lists, we will use your email address
to send you our subscription-based newsletters. You can always unsubscribe
from our mailing lists using the instructions provided with every newsletter
or on our newsletter web page.
2/2/4. Other
than information you supply on our message boards and as described in
the next paragraph, we do not sell, rent or share personally identifiable
information, including e-mail lists, to third parties, it is kept strictly
confidential and secure.
2/2/5. We
may share the personal identifiable information in the cases:
- You authorize us to do so (we shall ask for your prior permission).
- If it is necessary to process and conduct the service requested or authorized
by you or to effect, administer, or enforce a transaction requested or
authorized by you.
In this case, the information will be shared only with the companies that
are involved in providing to you the service you requested or authorized.
For example, if you apply through our site for an invitation needed to
get a Russian visa, we'll pass your application form to the company that
processes visa invitation requests for our customers.

2/3. Cookies.
Cookies are small data files that are stored by your browser during a
browsing session, they assign an anonymous random id to your computer.
Our web statistics program applies cookies for tracking purposes only.
The information cookies provide is anonymous, non-personified and can
be used only on aggregate basis (for example, to learn how often visitors
come to the site).
Most web browsers accept cookies by default, but have an option that enables
you not to accept cookies, if you prefer. Also, you can delete cookies
from your computer once they were stored.
