There are not many hostels in Vladimir. One of the few is Wow Hostel, which offers 6bd dorms just for €7. Vladimir's two main Cathedrals are in 10 min walk, train station - 20 minutes, which makes it the most centrally located. 
Surprisingly, the designers of the place decided to put a reflecting ceilings in dorms. Whether it has been a conscious choice or just an impractical fantasy, it surely adds some edge to the sleeping on upper beds.
