Russian Consulate in London

You will only need to visit the Russian consulate in London if you need a Russian notary or need to apply for a Russian passport. 

If you're applying for a Russian visa, you need to go to the Russian Visa Application Center, which is located at

15- 27 Gee Street, Barbican, London EC1V3RD for England and
16 Forth Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3LH for Scotland
