Hotel Roses has a great location: in a walking distance from Vosstaniya Square and Nevsky Prospekt, it is a good option for those who doesn't plan to spend much time at the hotel. Still it might be a little bit overpriced for what you get - €38 - 50 and higher for a standard double with minimum decorations, so you pay mostly for a good location.
