This is a good place if you a looking for something a little bit more fancy to have a special dinner. The name is quite a peculiar wordplay derived from the old expression "do not cast pearls in front of the swines" (Svinya=Swine, Biser=Pearls). It is unclear though... Do the owners claim that only sophisticated customers could appreciate the fine dishes they are serving there, or do they expect the customers to behave as aforementioned creatures while consuming the food...
