Sochi National Park

Sochi National Park is Russia's second oldest and second largest national park opened in 1983.
 
Sochi National Park is part of the Western Caucasus World Heritage Site. The Sochi National Park covers an area of more than 190,000 ha and present a great variety and diversity of flora and fauna. Apart from nature landscapes, one can visit historical sights on the territory of the park like ruins of ancient Loo Temple or ethnic museum.
Also the watchtower on the Akhun mountain is worth climbing to as it is the highest mountain of Sochi, from where opens up a stunning view on Black Sea and the Main Caucasian Range.
