Motorcycle trip through Russia - Visa support required

Hi,

I'm starting a motorcycle trip from Abu Dhabi, UAE via Russia and will be entering the country twice. Once from Kazakhstan and once from Mongolia. First entry will be in June-July 2016 and final exit from Russia will be in Sep 2016. Below are a few questions I have :
1. I understand that I might need the double entry, 1 year business visa for my travels. Right ?
2. I will be leaving on my trip in April from the UAE so I need the visa before that and In the Russian consulate webpage of UAE, it asks for HIV blood test report (taken not earlier than 3 months from date of visa application).. could this be an issue ?
3. Do I need any specific mention of motorcycle transport in my visa ?
