12 Month Business Multiple Entry visa for Canadian citizen

Hello!

I am curious about a few things:

1. How long is the processing time normally? I have already had 5 tourist visas to the same place I will be going with the business visa
2. At the moment, I don't have an actual company I have to work for. I am an English teacher and I am going there to study russian and figure out if there is a market for teaching english.
What should I put in the "Traveller Employment Information" section and/or the organization I will be working with. If worst comes to worst, I have a company will to take me on there.
3. Any other suggestions?

1. The processing of 12 months visa would take from 14- 21 days (prices vary, depending on how fast you would want to get it)

2. In the Traveller Employment Information you need to put the information about your current employer (not in Russia). This is not necessary.
