Could i use a business visa to stay with my wife in Moscow ?

I have a wonderful Russian wife who lives in Moscow , i live in the UK . I have recently come back from there on a private visa . However , i want something that will cause less head ache , i was wondering if i could use a multi entrance business visa so i could just book flights and go and see her when i get the chance to save doing visa applications again ?
