they require the original support letter/confirmation, so what are those authorized travel agencies in Kyiv?

I'm a Canadian citizen, and I'll be vising Ukraine during June-August (I do not need a visa to travel there up to 90 dys).

I would like to visit Russia for 2 weeks in July and I need a support letter/confirmation to apply for a Russian visa in Kiev. I check their site and found that they require the original (please see below). Could you help? If not, could you please advise who could help in this situation?

Many thanks,
Shania

‘A Tourist Confirmation’ by the authorized Russian travel agency.
Confirmation should be submitted in original. Copies of the Confirmation may be submitted by the Ukrainian tour operators, registered at the Consulate as well as Russian tour operators capable to on-line process Confirmation authenticity.
Hotel-booking is not considered a sufficient support to obtain a tourist visa.
