How many cigars is a tourist allowed to bring into Russia without paying customs duty?

You are allowed to carry 50 cigars or 200 cigarettes. Cigarillos seems to be in the grey zone and I have personal experience from having arguments in customs about this. The law doesn't say this clear (in my opinion) but a total of 250g of tobacco should be allowed.
