What to put in a business visa

+1 vote
What do you put in the section which says "purpose of travel", when applying for a business visa, if you only plan to be a tourist. Also, what information do you put in the section asking about what organisation you are visiting? Do you just have to make this up?

If it's a business visa the purpose of your trip can only be "business", otherwise you won't get the business visa. The organization you're visiting is the organization that provides you the business visa support.
