daily car service rates

anyone have a clue how much would car services charge for daily 6 to 8 hour rates for 4 people? in Moscow and in smaller cities like Vladimir?

I think the fair price for this kind of service would be about $10-20 US per hour, so considering you're talking about that many hours I'd say something like $60-$100 would be the minimum for 4 people.

In Moscow, it is possible to rent a car for about 25 USD or more: https://rental24h.com/russia/moscow-airport-domodedovo
You also can compare the prices for different offers there and even reserve the car for particular date.
Please note that the fuel is relatively cheap in Russia.
So, high car rental prices can be compensated by low gasoline costs.
