How do I find 1990s Russian visa info for my new visa application if it's on an old passport.

We lived in Russia from March 1992 to February 1995. I have traveled back to Russia as late as December 1999. I do not have the information they are requesting on the visa application. It would have been on my old passport, not the one issued in 2009.
