must i indicate all the places to be visited on the visa support, i don't see one of them on the menu.

travelling to St.Petersburg and a small town in Crimea as a US citizen, do I need to specify Crimea on the visa support application? And then also later in Russian consulate? I didn't see any options for Crimean towns in visa support application drop down menu.
