I applied for my invitation letter on Sunday. It has been 3 days and have not recieved anything. The money has been taken from my account.

How do I contact someone at way to Russia?

Hello,

The invitations are not sent to you by Way to Russia, but by our partner company.

Right after you make your order you receive the order confirmation number and the contact details for the visa company. You can contact them using those details to track your order.

Usually your invitation should be with you the same day. If you didn't receive it, check your Spam folder as it might be stuck there.
