Hi there,

I have submitted the online Tourist Voucher application form and  just want to be sure before I make my payment.

I am a Malaysian working in Dubai, can you still issue me a tourist voucher in this case?

do you mean if you work not in your native country if tourist voucher can be issued to you?

It should be no difference iin which country you work for Russian authorities.
