Should I pay the hotel in full before applying the Russian visa through WayToRussia Visa Support Invitation service?

I am going to apply for tourist visa from Russian Consulate in Saudi Arabia in order to meet my fiancee in Russia. On Russian Consulate in Saudi Arabia website, it mentioned that "The hotel must be paid in full for the entire duration of the visa." I want to use your service for obtaining the Visa Support Invitation, kindly seek your advice on this matter.

By the way, I am holding Malaysian citizenship.

I've completed the Invitation form and have been charged $60 ($30 each - 2 people) but have as of yet to hear from anyone and frankly I can't find any email addresses or phone numbers to contact to get a status.

Any advice on who I can contact would be appreciated

I need to change a detail on my visa support document. Can anyone advise how I do that?

I am taking a 9 week language course in September, so my language institute is providing support for the duration of the program. After the 9 weeks, however, I am planning on taking the Trans-Siberian railway from Moscow to Vladivostok—a trip which will take about a week.

Is it possible to obtain support for that extra week under a tourist visa support letter, combine it with a study support letter, and apply for a single visa for the duration of my stay in Russia (less than 90 days), such as a humanitarian visa?

Hello and thank you first of all - this was one of the most helpful answers I have come across so far with regards to writing an invitation. I wondered if you could help me with another question that relates to a similar situation...
I am a British citizen and would like to invite my Russian friend over for a holiday. I would be more than happy to accomodate her during her stay. Now, the question is - if I am renting, am I still allowed to do that? There is nothing in the contract to say that I can't - as long as the person is not paying, they should be fine to stay over. The landlord does not live at the property, so there is generally no problem with guests being in the house, crashing overnight if needed etc. The is a big comfortable sofa in the living room just for that purpose.
So, if that is generally acceptable, would I need some sort of official confirmation from the landlord to send along with my invitation letter? Or would a copy of the tenancy agreement be sufficient to prove, that my friend can indeed stay with me during her visit?
Also, if I am hosting her - does that necessarily mean I need to sponsor her? If she proves she has enough funds to provide for herself - do I need to send any additional proof of my funds as well? Or would it be best to send that anyway, just in case?
Your advise would be very much appreciated.

How can I use your form to get an Invitation. The form won't go lower than 1936. I need it to go to 1931 for date of birth in the top part and for the passport information.

After selecting a date range of 23 days in order to give me flexibility (I really won't be staying more than a week) for the invitation form, I now read on the way to russia website, that it's better if I select a time span not longer than 2 weeks. Should I worry about this? Can I or should I change my invitation form to be only 2 weeks?

I completed the form to obtain the support documents for a visa for a group of 3 people. The payment was made immediately after and all the fields were correct. In the confirmation email all the names were correct, as well as in the email with the attached documents. However in the invitation itself the last name is incomplete with 2 words missing. How can this be corrected?

South African - Tourist Voucher

I have a question re the required tourist voucher. We are two South African travelling to Russia. We will be staying in Moscow from 6-9 August and then on the evening of the 9th (or early morning of the 10th) we will take an overnight train to St.Petersburg. We will then we be staying in St. Petersburg from the 10th to the 14th and will take an overnight train back again to Moscow in the evening. I have booked accommodation for Moscow and St.Petersburg and both places are willing to help me with visa support. However how do I support the fact that I will be on a train for two nights with regard to the visa application? I was wondering is it perhaps better to just get a tourist voucher from the approved agency on your site for $30?
