hello,
I'm Software engineer who develop Cluster software from South Korea
Cluster is component in vehicle

I'm supposed to visit Hyundai Motors Russia Plant for business
(it is placed to Bld.20, litA, Levashovskoe motorway, Kurortniy district, Saint-Petersburg, 197706, Russia)

main thing I've concern is that I have to bring my item for engineering use during business trip

item is oscilloscope which can analyze electric things.
it has worth as much as $10000 (approximately) and it is property from my company
also it will be take back when I've comeback to south Korea

I've found related statement in this web site in below
" Customs tax on commercial goods and items for personal use
...
But if you bring in the items that you can prove are for your personal use and you are going to take them back with you when you leave Russia, you don't need to pay any tax.
"
my question is that how to prove my item will be used for personal use
I'm appreciate that if you have reply to me as soon as possible because Our business date is coming soon

thanks in advance

bye.
