The norm becomes the fulfillment of dreams - regardless of whether we can afford it. Banks and TV ads convince us how good it is to have everything here and now. That it belongs to us. And that we do not have to have money for it - just reach for an easily available loan or credit.

While the majority of us declaratively condemn consumer loans, such as borrowing in order to arrange holidays or go on a nice vacation, we consider a mortgage to be a justified necessity. And if you have to take it, it's best "after the cork", because such an opportunity will not happen again, right? And if we have creditworthiness, why not afford a bigger and prettier apartment? We buy them for a long time ...

This pattern of thinking and acting promotes excessive debt. Social pressure is not conducive to those who consider debt as a big burden. And although the lack of debt is something very desirable, even people who do not like debt begin to have doubts whether they work properly.
