Ok, this hostel is a bit hard to find: because it is located on the top floor hostel of the normal panel house. Podjezd (entrance) Nr. 1, then call 219 on the door, then take the elevator, 16th floor. 
Also the hostel doesn't do a registration. But the view is simply amazing and the prices don't bite: from €8 for a dorm to €20 for a single room. Personal is very friendly and helpful as well.
