Book Your Train Tickets for Russia Online
Russian Train E-Ticket Reservation System
Buying E-Tickets for a Russian Train
You can use the form above to check the Russian trains timetable and to book your train ticket online. Your order will be processed by UFS — the company authorized by the Russian Railways (RZD) to process train tickets sold online. You will be able to pay with your credit card online (encrypted and secure processing by the biggest Russian bank Sberbank).
What is an E-Ticket?
You will receive your e-ticket (PDF) via the email directly. You can then board the train directly with this e-ticket if you show it to the train conductor from your phone or from a printout. You will also need to present your passport. Make sure you specify the correct number of your passport when ordering the ticket.
Can I Return My Train Ticket?
You will also be able to return your ticket not later than 12 hours before the train's departure. You can do that directly at a train station or online using the UFS orders portal. You will need to enter your ticket number (shown at the top right corner of the e-ticket PDF) and your surname. You will also need to specify your passport number when cancelling the ticket. The cost of the ticket minus the service fee (usually about €2 to €10 for the most expensive tickets) will be refunded directly to your credit card in full if you cancel not later than 12 hours before the train's departure.
Getting the Personal Customer Support
If you're having problems using the service above (e.g. credit card payment does not go through because of your bank's regulations), please, use our premium service with English-speaking support: buy your Russian train tickets through our other partners, East-West Link Ltd. This company is based in UK and we recommend that you use it for more complicated Trans-Siberian routes, if you might need English-speaking support, or if you're planning to purchase a paper ticket, which will be delivered to you by post or courier. You can check their offers on our trains portal or also try their Trans-Siberian stopover planning tool to plan a longer journey.
