Lenina street is quite lively, but the apartment itself is quiet and clean. It is located in a quite typical house from 60s, so don't expect a palace.
Pastel shades of the interior are so bleak, that when you go outside you actually can't see anything for a moment: so bright is everything around. But of course it is a matter of taste. 
Dmitriyevsky Cathedral is about 20 minutes walk, train station is 3.5 km away, so maybe not the best option unless you are traveling by car. Price: €35 per night.
