Russian Visa Centre in Toronto, Canada

You should apply for your Russian visa in this Russian visa application center if you are a resident of Ontario province in Canada (excluding Ottawa), Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan.

In order to apply you need to prepare the necessary documents, including your Russian visa invitation and the Russian visa application form (filled out online and printed out).

Once you have all these documents, you can submit your documents Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 15.00 in person or by post (for an extra $45 CAD and another $45 CAD if you want them to send your passport back). If you apply by post we also recommend you to add the extra visa tracking option for $3 CAD. You should make the payment via a bank transfer before you submit your application (please, find the bank details on the visa centre's website). Currently there is no way to make appointments if you apply in person, so it's first-come first-serve basis (a ticket queue system is in place).
